Btw I saw a post on Reddit and some guy was asking how to do it (he was serious about it) and another guy answered him who apparently knows how to do it and he told him how to do it basically you have to be very flexible to do it and he told him to do some stretching exercises every day until he reaches a level of flexibility to allow him to do it ......   reply
