WATER. Water is healthy, drink lots and lots, (dont overdrink tho lol)at the same time less food. Exercise + diet. I loss 6.5kg in a week, and that’s considering I only did light cardio (dancin) 30mins/day. Cut out sugar, if you decide you want sugar, eat less for the rest of your life (or how long u can last), less fat and oily foods. Carbohydra......   reply
