wow this is an old question that got revived, anyway for me it was my classmates in elementary that talks about yuri on ice doujin/fanfic daily, I remember them talking about protection and my innocent ass thought of a shield. take a walk, listen to music, read anything aside from hentai. A purpose to live won't occur when you live miserably everyday, so try to find something you've never done that is simple and see if you like it, such as cooking, running, bird watching, or just touch some grass. Force yourself to look or do something beside your dam phone.   reply

In my house it's mostly my mom doing everything, my dad can't even put the dishes in the sink. However very seldomly my dad does do households, like once in a month.
