It depends... Some times I have my regular 8-9h of sleep and wake up at a decent morning hour; while in certain other periods If I don't have to necessarily wake up eearly, I become a night owl and irregularly sleep 4-5h for some days and then 12 h for a couple of days to recover. If it is a good tea, then neither of them! If you want a sweet twa though, both are ok. However, honey has more flavour, so it doesn't fit all kinds of tea (e.g. it would completely cover the aroma of white tea).   reply
