That is downright vile and disgusting. No culture can ever justify fucking your cousins. And even from a biological perspective, reproducing with family increases the likelihood of developing abnormalities such as birth defects and genetic disorders. My slow days usually consists of cleaning actually. After working and going to class on the weekdays, I pretty much have the weekends to self care. I love cleaning my room, cooking, baking and taking walks. I also feel the sense of accomplishment from taking care of myself this way and feel more productive than exhausted!
