Serious question, i want to see how the talent of mangakas and the way emotions are drawn especially are what interest me most when im reading especially if the characters aren’t always drawn to be perfect models when they show strong emotions.

Would you guys be okay telling me about your intrusive thoughts? I have really bad intrusive thoughts i guess due to anxiety specifically about harming other like accidentally sexually assaulting someone or about incest, they used to make me feel so disgusted with myself before i went to therapy and understood they're just thoughts about what I don't want to happen like when you're holding a knife and start thinking about harming yourself or others or when you're holding a baby and you think about dropping it so you start holding the baby tighter to not let that happen. I still get really bad intrusive thoughts and guilt but now i can deal with them. I know a lot of people get even worse intrusive thoughts so if you're comfortable sharing you can!
