Ok so im not a gay man BUT i learned from somewhere that if you dont want to have to deal with that you either: eat something light that takes short to digest the day beafore, then the next day also eat something light that takes longer to digest (like for example carbs) eat with a high fiber diet beacouse it makes things less messy clean out the ......   reply
