It depends on how experienced is the piercer and how much pain can u bare. I had my tongue pierced and when I read opinions they were 50/50 cause one part said that it didn't hurt at all and the other that it hurts like hell In my opinion it was millisecond of pain but that was all Healing was worse... A lot worse...   reply
