I definately do, in fact I do it to the point where my fingers would start bleeding and it would hurt like hell. The reason? I genuinely have no clue. It could just be the constant stress I'm under, or just a bad habit I kept ever since I was 7 years old. I reccommend not biting you nails if you can help it lmao.
