Alcohol. Now im an alcoholic. But honestly if you can get it, propranolol. Its a LIFE savor. Pop one whenever an anxiety attack is coming on. Weed and alcohol work in the moment but trust me, after 10 years it will do the opposite. Your ability to cope without substances reduces to even lower than your starting level.   reply
