Don't rely on apps alone lol go to a YouTube Chanel that teaches it, I've only learn due to my ex teaching me to take over his scans team one day. You can't exactly learn from apps, you need teachers for that. They aren't exactly always good. Not all apps teaches the dialects in Korea too.
