Which anime/manga/manhwa/etc characters look amazing (have gorgialicious character design) but the actual character is disappointing or poorly written?

Yesterday the ECB (European Central Bank) revealed the final design options for the new euro banknotes and they're letting everyone have a say. Even if you don't live in Europe you can still vote (this is the official link: https://www.ecb.europa.eu/euro/banknotes/future_banknotes/html/design-proposals.en.html).

I so prefer birds over icons. No offence to the icons but the birds just have more personality. My favourites designs are E, H and I.

Which ones are you voting for?

Aight guys I need y'all to give me financial advice. Tell me two things:

1) What's one thing you've spent money on that was 100% worth it and you'd recommend to everyone?

2) And what's one thing that is a total waste of money?
