It seem like u are suffering from inner ear infection. Pls seek medical help for infection management. Or if u are prescribed with antibiotics pls finish it ya. One tips to prevent from further ringing is by reducing excessive head movement. Ensure if u want to get up from bed or move your head, pls do so slowly. May you heal from your current cond   reply
