I didn’t do a pap spear but I did get a colonoscopy (which I think is also a mandatory test for some countries) so I’ll add my two cents here in case it’s any help! If you’re uncomfortable (as in embarrassed) about exposing your downstairs bits to your doctor, just know that those guys have probably done hundreds of procedures before. To ......   reply
