Just so you know, CP is an outdated term and considered harmful to victims and survivors (I'm a survivor myself, so just letting you know). When talking about this topic, I'd recommend using the term CSAM/CSEM instead as they're more accurate and comprehensible. And to answer your actual question, no, it is not.
