First off, depends on what you're defining as korean food, are we talking about modern trendy food? Street food? Korean BBQ? Traditional cuisine? Hot or cold? Like whilst similar flavour profiles in the food because of cultural preference, I would suggest that there is a really large diversity in what people think of when they think of Korean food......   reply
