Honestly the only mangas I am excited to see update these days are Gachiakuta, WITCHRIV and Kagurabachi (it's on a hiatus right now ). They're all action mangas, not sure what type of stories you're currently looking for, though. It is criminalised where I live, but victims usually don't report it because they are groomed to believe by people in our fucked up society that "rape between spouses is not real," and most of the time those who do report it happening are pretty much ostracised by everyone, at least in rural communities where I grew up.
