Intrusive thoughts can get really bad. But two things helped me. 1. Realizing that everyone gets intrusive, unwanted thoughts. For me, it honestly just sounds like yet another unreasonable standard the women and girls are subjected to. Well... Reading comprehension and critical thinking skills are in a crisis worldwide according to UNESCO, Out World in Data, OECD, and Unicef.
