I agree! I think in recent years too, some authors have felt the need to change certain aspects of their stories and characters earlier on to meet the demands of readers who feel like the plot isn’t progressing fast enough. A lot of the details in these stories fly over the heads of some readers, which I find sad. I’m sure the ongoing literacy ......   2 reply

I recently saw people discussing what the author of Dr. STONE was saying revolving around piracy on twitter, and I agree with his sentiment. Most if not all of the physical series i’ve decided to buy were through the result of having the access to read them through a third party website like Mangago. That said, even if piracy is inevitable, auth......   reply

Hosik's Story. I remember really liking the coloring and artwork, but disliking the plot itself, due to the overall themes of manipulation, control, abuse, and jealousy. I did not like how their relationship was ruled by control, I felt that as person, Hosik had a lot of his autonomy stripped throughout the story because of Sungyeon (the ML), like ......   reply

Mangago has shut down many times, but considering all that’s been happening i’m pretty worried of this ancient ass website permanently shutting down and not coming back, it’s been here for so long! This is a link of at least 200 danmei epubs from Chrysanthemum Garden (mostly the best rated), I found this on twitter, I feel so bad for everyon......   1 reply

Shinji and Misato from evangelion no shade.. I know everyone was walking around traumatized, but their actions and flaws as characters left me disliking both of them by the end of the series.   reply

I haven’t watched them in years but Danny Gonzalez, Drew Gooden, & Kurtis Conner. Nothing in particular that I disliked about them, I just grew out of watching them after 2018/2019 along with similar commentary youtubers!   1 reply

Surprisingly samosas, they looked appealing until I took a bite. There’s a seasoning used in them, not sure if it’s ajwain (carom seeds) or the coriander that make me nauseous.   2 reply

I don’t always listen to music while reading, but recently i’ve started reading No More Eurydice, and have been listening to the piano pieces that are referenced throughout the story. It definitely makes me feel more immersed in their world, and makes certain scenes resonate more deeply while i’m reading. But typically when I do listen to mus......   reply

I recommend Neighborhood Story by Ai Yazawa! The story is concluded in 4 physical volumes, and I just think the covers are just absolutely adorable, the english release of the story is recent even though it was created three decades ago! It’s a light hearted story revolving around fashion students, If you’re a fan of Nana or Paradise Kiss, I th......   reply
