I haven't been caught reading but my friends little sister saw the cover image of a yaoi i was reading. I mean I can't talk bc I started reading young too but I don't really see a problem with it as long as you understand that what they read is fantasy and 8/10 don't represent proper relationships or lgbtq+ people.
