I am not really into any of those degradation kinks. Never had this one tried on me, but my immediate reaction is “eww, wtf hell no” lol. Kinda makes me think of sputum, all those thick gross gollies that old guys spit out after years of smoking, and sputum mugs and spittoons and that legit gets me wanting to puke…

On the chance that you are sincerely missing someone you considered a friend, I will point out that from the part where you say, “You know what they say, I was the sun” etc, you come across as sarcastic and disingenuous.
It can be challenging when writing to convey the correct emotion because all the little non verbal cues of face to face chat......

Go for some acupuncture for long term relief of chronic pain. Or massage. Cold pack for the headache, heat pack for the aches and pains. Dark room for the headache, minimal sounds, and talk to your doctor. Chamomile tea is a relaxing thing, give that a whirl too.
Try not to let any dr get you hooked on opioids. That crap will ruin your life worse ......
