If you've gotten a breakout, ask a dermatologist or even a fitness coach for advice. If not, and you are not allergic to any ingredients as well, then proceed with caution and try it out (maybe mix a little in with other protein that you usually use) and up your dosage once you see that it's not affecting you negatively.
