after revaluating my experience with my 1st therapist, i came to the conlucsion that she wasnt particulary helpful , she wasnt bad, but thats now how therapy should have looked like, it felt more like a gossip session, i am still currently in therapy tho but with a new therapist and shes great, its really helpful, i go there mainly bc of my depress......   reply
