Pretty pills is basically me being comfortable finding myself pretty despite dysphoria and dysmorphia. Pills is because I have chronic conditions I need to manage with pills.   reply

u might have deeper problems (my view as someone who has dealt with a lot of mental health issues myself ). therapy or a psychiatrist might be a good idea .it's ok to have death feelings tho it's best to talk or vent about them so u can get rid of them than linger on it if that makes sense.   reply
