This is my plush bat, Ulla. I bought it at Ulmer Münster and I can't stop smiling about the fact that they have a plush bat as the mascot for a church steeple.   1 reply

I bought a body scrub that has apparently been on its side during transportation, so when it arrived the content-to-air ratio inside the jar was painfully visible. I took the picture to remind myself that capitalism sucks.   reply

What languages are you learning? Which language you speak?

I speak Danish, English, German, Japanese, Spanish and Dutch (in order of proficiency, from best to worst). I'd like to learn Arabic, Xcosa or Chinese next, but since most research seems to indicate that the limit for active fluency is around 6 languages (i.e. you're only able maintain active usage at a high proficiency luck of appx. 6 languages ......   reply
