In case this is a real question.
Calm down, it’ll make you poop it out easier.
Use a stool or any platform to put your feet on while you’re on the toilet to lift your legs up to your chest. This will help with pooping it out.
If it’s really stuck then use some Vaseline or safe for skin oil.
