Cause the parents only show love for their kids when they have good grades etc. so from an early age u know u are only valuable to them if you fit into that box. And surprise surprise... As a kid growing up, u only know ur family. It's the people u spend more time with. It's normal to want to be loved by them. But this doesn't happen in just asian ......   reply
