The exact dictionary definition is "conducive to or promoting moral well-being." It means the story is very healthy (a healthy relationship), sweet, and cute, not dark or anything. If something is wholesome, it means it's moral, ethical, pure, and good (lol I'm just naming synon......

If It Rains Next Week. A short, lovely read. It's one chapter, my favorite, and has such beautiful plot, characters, and story. It made me get into g x g couples. That and Tamen De Gushi.
