I unintentionally chew on my hair/fingers/wrist/knuckles when I'm focused. I don't bite it, I just chew on it until I realize what I've done.

That I might get breast cancer.
All women in my mother's side of my family have cancer cells in their breasts, but fortunately, most of them had benign cells. Most of them were lucky except my great-grandmother, grandaunt, and my mother. I still miss my mother every day.
I'm kinda nervous about what kind of future awaits me lol
