I diff agree he shouldn't go to jail but I do think that he should diff either pay a fine, do probation, do community services, or maybe do house arrest if they really want him arrested but I think it will be very overdramatic of them to put him in jail for 3 years over something that wasn't really his fault like it was really the ppl there who was......
