this question does not have many replies, so i’m here as well to answer to the best of my abilities:
so, if you are not confident enough to say it in person to your mom, i would either write a note, tell her over text (which is very much NOT recommended) or go to a social worker and have them tell your mom for you. that is what i did. i couldnt ......
