I asked my mom about this.

When I was a child, I couldn't fall asleep when I wasn't breastfed. As I get older and too old to be breastfed, they give me a pacifier; it does the thing, but I also touch my mom or dad's chest to feel like I am being breastfed. It's like a combo move to make me fall asleep. Latur on my mom and dad force me to not do that anymore, throw my pacifier away, and roll me like a borrito so that I will not touch anyone's chest. They were surprise one day when I'm asleep, touching my own chest and sucking an invisible pacifier. They told me that they had done everything to stop it, but I didn't stop. So, up until now, I've been touching my chest to fall asleep and sucking an invisible pacifier intentionally. That's why I don't do sleepovers. Lol
