Kurami's question (1)

Hi there, few months back when some of our lists were gone, I stumbled upon a post which explained how to manage lists on your own without needing to rely on this site's database. The post was a manual of some sort, explaining how to use a certain extension in google spreadsheets, which allows user to very quickly copy some basic info like title, author, summary and even cover. I cannot find it anywhere, but if anyone has a link to it, or uses an extension like this themselves, please share - any help is greatly appreciated!
