Little bit of Korean! Easier than it seems, really nice with interesting grammar. Alphabet is fonetic and can be mastered perfectly in a week if given some hard work. They use some chinise signs but rarely. Best to learn in Korea as it takes some time to learn to distingush sounds not really present in European languages. Main effort should be put ......

Traveled few times for 2 / 3 weeks with full baggage, avarage 100km per day. Wonderful way to spend holidays

Well I always had to stop myself and do a lot of exercise to burn the calories.... went for professional dietary consultation, changed my way of thinking, and now eat as much as I want, but I just teached my body to be satisfied with much less and different food. Seriously it stopped to be a problem.
