This seems more like a problem with corrupt and unengaged police, and even more like a fake Reddit story. Although I wouldn’t doubt that something like this could have happened. Nothing on Reddit is true until proven otherwise

“Best” way? What does that even mean? Is best painless? The easiest? There are a million ways to kys and you can do it with virtually any object around you. If people only used guns and drugs to die there would be a lot less suicides. I could list methods that you could do right now, no need to go to the store, no prep. But that doesn’t matte......
