My family knows I read M-rated stuff haha ^ ^" I only openly read yaoi in front of my sister, though. She knows about my addiction to yaoi. There's once, though, before my family knew that I read/ write M-rated stuff (they know about M-rated, and I do tell my father about yaoi once in a while, though I never show him), I was sneakily reading yaoi......   1 reply

As a bisexual genderfluid myself, there's the possibility that I'll be with a female in the end, but if I'm with a male partner and my child comes out to me, I would support them 100%. While I won't say it was a terrible one, I had a pretty hard time coming out to my family- they're still in denial about it. Especially in homophobic countries, the......   1 reply

If it's a female, it's fine. In fact, I do that to one of my friends pretty often; it's just our way of friendship. (Not on the lips though, and not like she does it back to me lol) On the other hand, if it's a male friend I'll feel uncomfortable. Mostly because I'm more familiar with female touch than male, so the latter would make me feel a bit s......   reply

(It's a bit late to ans this now, but...) I feel where you're coming from. Never been in a relationship, never could get along with guys (10 years surrounded by females dosen't do much good in terms of interaction with guys), etc. Turned to online relationships (both penpals and dating) a long time ago, and there are quite the few pros and cons. ......   1 reply

I'll probably be the dominant, posessive seme XD Who also happens to be a major flirt to everyone for fun XD I kinda feel that I'd be the side chatacter who flirts with the uke of the main couple and dosen't get a partner throughout the entire manga though... (。•́︿•̀。)   reply

As a long-time reader of yaoi, I do dislike rape. In fact, most yaoi plots revolve around rape/ non-con. They'll fall in love with the rapist/ forgive them in the end- that's yaoi logic. It still bothers me, honestly. Plots with rape/ non-con turn me off, and I usually avoid those with rape/ mindbreak tags totally. Of course, not all plots are li......   reply

My first proper anime- I bought the CD- was La Corda (d'Oro) (both seasons) and Vampire Knight. I remember I was really young, and my sis and I watched Vampire Knight at night, and I was sooo scared XD Manga wise, I can't remember the title...it was about a group of 3/4 people travelling the world. I only remember how foul-mouthed the priest was ......   reply

Depends on the type of person I'm in a relationship with- most of the time though, I'm the seme. I'm more like...a super clingy seme irl XD But in manga, I'm fine with both. But leaning towards uke, since I love to be cuddled and stuff ( ̄∇ ̄")   reply

Depending on my mood, I like the fluffy romance and the feels it has, and on the opposite end of the spectrum, I like the sex. I suppose it's somewhat because I grew up on yaoi? I mean, I'm pretty sure if I grew up on yuri I'd love it all the same. But for yaoi, there's like a...sense of something I can't have, maybe? Like the easy romance (and ens......   reply

Mine's a bit weird and roundabout. The meeting was especially weird since we met each other while he was chasing a friend of mine. My first love (I'll call him Kai, the nickname I had for him) was I think a year or so older than my friend and I? We were in an all-female school, and it was around when I was trying to figure out my sexuality (I'm bis......   1 reply

Couple of times, and none of them came out well. Most explosive one was a couple years back, where my crush and I were in the same club and pretty damn close. We had this game of 'guess my crush' (she was a really pushy person, and well, you can't really say no to your crush and all? XD) and it took her about a year and a half to guess that I liked......   reply

Interesting place to have this question, though I do see somewhat of a bridge between yaoi and religion- I do have friends who gave up yaoi in respect of their religion. It's a touchy subject, but kudos to you on bringing this up XD I was a devout Catholic, raised under Catholic, Christian and Buddhist influences, and now, I'm a pretty strong Athe......   reply

Bi, questioning if I'm pan, and questioning my gender at the same time. Though, is it just me who feels that there isn't enough representation of bisexuals in yaoi? In a positive light. Bisexuals aren't very welcome in the LGBT community, but still...I feel that there should be more positive bi charas in yaoi. :( Most of the bi characters are the......   4 reply

I'm a leo, and I'm also an alpha female to begin with, so the omegaverse world would be er...easy for me to adapt, I guess? In terms of romance though, I'm not sure if I'm more forward or not, but I guess it'll be give or take. The omgegaverse world is really cruel, though...and I'll be the type of alpaha that will only stick to one partner. (I f......   reply

I think as an Asian, there's even more pressure to get married and have kids before, say, 25? Or maybe to get married by 20? Either way, get hitched and get kids. It's something that's been pushed onto us ever since we were young. But I suppose it's the same everywhere else. I'm not too sure myself. Personally, I find it stupid.
