"Stop tryin' to muffle your laughter."
"Huh, so I can laugh aloud instead?"
Two salaryman who become friends through sheer enjoyment of their company. Onoda and Deguchi has got witty banter and chemistry in spades. Their story delves into a realistic depiction on the obstacles of a gay person (Deguchi) dating a straight (questioning?) person (Onoda).
Drama CD highly recommended.

[I felt a twinge of pain. Not in my ass, but deep in my chest.] - Harumoto
You've Harumoto, a yakuza with a foul temper and an even fouler mouth, but nothing tops his romantic heart. And there's Mizuta, a doctor and a resolute gentleman--a.k.a. Harumoto's walking wet dream. You'll follow Harumoto as he strives to have his gentlemanly love while trying to keep his yakuza life at bay.
"I'm on an adventure, I'm waiting for my friend." - Nishi
Can't say anything that would bring to justice how beautiful this manga is. Every panel has meaning. Every word is important. This title is not to miss.
For a manga that heavily relied on imagery, the drama CD is a heartfelt and fantastic complement. Prepare tissues.
"I thought gay guys didn't actually jump anything that moves, or maybe I'm actually your type?"
"You are."
Tanihara's a chill and laid back man who owns a sweets shop. Takafumi's a stoic and uptight doctor who's just a bit scary. You'd think there's not much interaction to build from there, but you'd be pleasantly surprised with the chemistry these two have. It's very fitting that SubLime titled this, "Hide and Seek."
"How far are you willing to strip?"
"H-How far!?"
Former shoujo editor gets transferred to the BL department and picks up a doujinka by the name of Ms. Akina. Little did he know she was a man. And little did he know how much involved he'd be editing his next manga.
Spin off of Akihabara Fall in Love.
"Nothing naughty, but Miya's sleeping face was so cute. I drew it for you losers. Thank me." - Shio's blog entry
Bloggers Shio and Miya meet IRL and click immediately, so much so that Shio finds himself spending his nights at Miya's more often. Shio's "salty" brand of humor is a hoot, and the way he navigates his feelings for Miya in the most forthright, emotionally mature manner is a gem to read.
"Relax."
"Aren't I extra relaxed?!" - on two 42-year-olds attempting to have sex.
Tokizou's an anxious gay man who's deathly afraid of any change in his platonic relationship with his best friend, Ryuuji, since he's been in love with him for 25 years. However, this comes to a head when Ryuuji asks to live with him.
Drama CD available.
"Akiharu-kun! Don't stand around the front door saying 'vag*na, vag*na' and stuff!" - Mutsumi
A down-to-earth love story about a shut-in ero mangaka and his live-in housekeeper. There's plenty of commentary on societal expectations at play due to their living arrangements, but more than that, it's a discovery of how these two shaped each other's lives, from their shared high school history up to their present day living.
Drama CD available (Vol. 1 only).
"I told you on the phone last week that I'm being transferred to Tokyo."
"What does that have to do with living together?!"
"'Why' because I love you."
Real life (based on the real life story of "Akira" and his beau) is certainly stranger than fiction when you get to know Masaru, a steadfast straight guy, and his ways of ingratiating his life with Akira, a gay dude who blogged about his cooking.

I'll be changing this list to feature mature stories, while the Fluffy list to contain school life stories as I have a hard time distinguishing where to put where haha.
