Yeah...I think Ryan had something to do with the whole sequence of events before the current story. He's like too smart.

Am I the only one here having an uncomfortable feelings with Ryan? He is giving out a more suspicious aura to me than Logan. Even the back of my mind is also telling me he plotted that whole thing with Lucaon's family. Or I can be mistaken too.... （￣へ￣）
