on the page of the manga where it says "want to read"
"now reading" or "already read" in boxes you can click "now reading" and it'll notify you when chapters update. For example on this manga http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/geu_kkeute_issneun_geos/ see the now reading box under the latest chapters?? click that and then click submit and it should notify you whenver it updates. works for all manga :)

For some reason the website was letting me write topics or comments but not letting me reply and all of a sudden today I was able to start replying to comments. Maybe I was just doing something wrong before haha. I have figured out the whole “now reading” “want to read” process and I have been successful in my time here so far.
