Actually there have been a few cases of hermaphrodite pregnancies, so the answer is: sort of. Hermaphrodite are human with both male and female reproductive organs, and if there is a complete set of female organs in the male, then it is possible. Or, there is a process called uterus transplantation that, along with artificial insemination, will allow a man to carry children. Hope that answers your first question.

i knew of hermaphrodite cases (their gender assignation is complicated and i don't want to launch into a novel-length reply hahaha) but i haven't heard of any successful uterus transplant yet, especially being fertilized and so on.
