I kept hoping till the last page that it's not true... That Akira was not dead, that he was in a coma and they just didn't know it and that he woke up and they'll meet again... But no, sensei had to make him disappear (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

It starts with the uke having a fiancé (the child of his mothers friend)that he has never seen. He only knows her from the pic from childhood and he's pretty devoted to her. Says he's in love with her. Then he finds out the fiancé is coming to live with his family. But the one who shows up is a guy. So the mothers never actually bothered to ask about the sexe of their friend's child.
Anyways they fall in love with each other for real.
I remember a scene where the uke's mom says to the seme that he can marry her daughter and she doesn't really care as long as he joins her family which gets the uke jealous of his little sister.
