Tragedy, it is a great read. The mc is in pain and gets cheated on, but in the end it's an illness that he hesitated to treat that takes him. He feels so alone and abandoned by someone who showed him the greatest love, and there is someone new in his life that cares for him and hates how his lover of 10 years has stripped away the happiness from the mc.

I cried when Jiang hurt Zhishu and my heart ache, and the doctor was a better man to Zhishu. I want to cry real hard now after reading this and when baby Zhishu was smiling it was warming my heart and the cat and dog was warming my heart too from all the sadness.

It’s worth reading for me to cry over and over it’s so sad that it hurts so bad now he’s gone he wants him wtf ima kms it’s just sad

finally finished reading it. it has been on my reading list for a long time but i was too scared to read it bcs i was afraid of being too angsty and moody. and yes my heart is torn apart. it's so sad.
but i believe there are some things that can be done better, like make it more dramatic when MC is d*ad, or the romance between MC and the doctor, or tell us more abt the romance between MC and bastard ex.
