Comments of 19 Days

It's very sexy, even without any "sexy time" to speak of haha. The read is interesting and "incidentally" BL-esque, as the two main characters identify as best friends. Though one often makes seemingly sexual advances in the first chapter, the rest of the story is much like a regular friendship that falls into very embarrassing moments of bromance. There are instances of introspective backstory, usually broken by some comical statement. A very well paced, cute manhwa. Mangago needs to weed out the repeat chapters and figure out whether or not they want to keep the original scroll format of the chapters, or if they want to separate the panels out as individual pages.

*Update: As of chapter 96, I think it's pretty safe to say that, though the two of them are best friends and neither of them seem to be stressed or frustrated by this, the boy with the "soft" hair (Jian Yi, as of chapter 105), or the initiator of all the BL-esque interactions, seems to be very interested in taking their relationship to the next level, though he doesn't seem displeased at all playing the "best friend."

The real story starts at Ch.43 with flashback since a lonesome child Jian Yi meets up his first friend Zhen Xi at kindergarten & has become close friend ever since before Jian Yi can't hold back his BL feeling & kisses Zhen Xi in Ch.140.

≪✿✿≫ The most impressive part must be how Zhen Xi has stood strong beside Jian Yi since the day they met with full of understanding. Though he doesn't go into that side yet he just stops Jian Yi from getting carried away only. No matter what happens he's always affirmed how unbreakable of their bond & how Jian Yi is the most important for him. (ಥ_ಥ)

Last page of 369 is extremely powerful when you add in all the context from their strange friendship. The earrings, the time Mo ran from Shenli at the train station and this recent feud. Just had to stare at the page to take it all in and it says so much without even a single word.

Old Xian has this habit of "ruining" emotional / romantic scenes with gags. So, I was waiting for one to come... Instead I've got violence, vulnerability and... kiss... I...
