I like the story and characters, but uke's and seme's faces look so similar - it was hard to tell them apart at first chapter.

I didnt remember this until I realized I had once resonated with the uke's inferiority. Usually emotionless characters are boring but the seme was an interesting character by how he emotes physically and speaks his truth without harshness or arrogance. This manga was really endearing and simple so it was a really good read.

other than the rape which i don't condone (it was normal in old BL so i'll jut let that go cuz standards are dff, if you romanticize it recently it's different) and the possessiveness in the last chapter, the plot is very nice. i can relate to the MC a lot and i'm sure a lot of people do too, he's a well-written character most of the time. i love that it's about combating his inferiority complex and bettering himself rather than letting the past hinder him and doing better to make up for the past.

ghe plot is pretty cliche, understanding the fact that this was from early 2000s but the character and how it was deliver made it so good, i feel satisfied

Ahh it's good to read if I was on the place of uke I would definitely hate genius like seme , who achieve anything without any efforts sometimes god is very unfair ahhh well I liked its not rape though he had sex with uke first when uke was drunk and uke accepted to have sex ,seme might be smart but looks like he lack the expression emotions , but it's definitely worth reading ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
