An award-winning series made into a 35-episode anime in 1996...

I'll miss this... The diverse assortment of characters truly made me love this series. From the adorable Enoki siblings, the doting dad, Gon who was seemingly born with a perpetual frown, the unreadable Fujii, the easygoing elderly couple, to the unreliable neighbor Seichi.... even the kindergarten director made this manga an unforgettable experience. I'll be back to reread this before long...

This actually good. I like how the characters were written and compliment each others. I also like how the author make us see that men's squad is stronger than women and I also think that is true. I know a lot of male squads that even though they have problems with each other they will stick and find time to fix their problems. while in women squad, which is also where I am. Sometimes whenever they hurt each other sometimes they are calling their friendships off.

I also like the relationship of The enoki family. I like how takuya sacrifice his own freedom to take care of his brother and be like a mother for Minoru. I wish the ending did not make me cry. I also think that after minoru got into accident. I think that the author showed us to how he recovered and how takuya and his dad gain confidence again.

Also my fave character here is ichika and mabo. Its just their interactions were so fun to read.

I really love this story and will re-read again.

This was a really good slice of life manga. But wow, that ending chapter was a shocker! Didn't really need to put that in.

I read the first two chapters and got bored. I'm sure that this is a good manga, it just wasn't interesting for me personally.
