Although the drama made it straight, it actually is shounen-ai, this is not a mistag, it's only that the romance is between one of the mains and another character and happens later (which sincerely seemed like the author realizing it couldn't get away with the queerbaiting between the MCs but didn't want to make them a couple, so…) If you want to enjoy it, most people find the drama way more interesting than the comic (despite the gay character becoming somehow straight and getting in a love triangle against the other MC)
