I really like this one. There are a few rough spots where things that could have been explained a bit better (I would like to think the letter had something to do with resolving the trust issue, but it doesn't say so) and the artist could have been consistent (thigh or leg? Make up your mind!), but overall, I thought it was a good one.
How would YOU feel if you had to fire someone who wasn't doing their job right then some random person shows up with a child wanting a job,you lost your wife,her son and his lover are missing,you can't trust the greedy,rich guys,greedy doctor,drunk nurse and you got a huge ass house and mill to manage?You expect him to trust the kind,gentle,hardworking single mother who has some medical knowledge because of her dead grandmother but you know literally nothing else about her?Give the man a break damn isn't it bad enough those rich bastards spreading rumors and our girl has to figure out if they're true or not?I'm glad they had time to figure things out,because they are such a loving couple.
