This story is beautiful but so sad…. Also the age gap is problematic but whatever,… the fact he wasnt there when he needed him was just very bitter and urghh. I really feel for him :( they should’ve communicated when he saw him with that girl imo
The story is well written though

the first volume was good but the entirety of the second volume was a mess like pure conflicts through and through

This was so realistically heartbreaking. I relate to the MLs so much, the feels are just real here. The characters were all so beautifully written too, I’m so glad it ended well!

i decided to reread this tonight... the age gap is STILL really uncomfortable and WRONG and he's a minor I WISH THAT WASNT A MAJOR PLOT POINT. BUT GOD THE STORYTELLING IS VERY IMPRESSIVE LMFAO IT'S SO MOVING IN EVERY WAY??? BOTH OF THEM ARE SO LIKEABLE AS CHARACTERS OUTSIDE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND EVEN THE ROMANCE WAS COMPELLING! THEYRE FLAWED INDIVIDUALS BUT THEYRE NOT IREDEEMABLE. BUT UM ISNT THIS BORDERLINE GROOMING? IT CREEPED ME OUT WHEN TOGAME KEPT ON BRINGING UP SHIT LIKE I WANNA DO U BUT UR STILL A HS KID LIKE UGH PLS STOP LMFAO I SO WANNA FORGET THAT HE'S JUST 17, THIS STORY WOULDVE STILL WORKED EVEN IF HE'S NOT 17 I WONDER WHY THE AUTHOR MADE THAT DECISION. THATS WHY IM STILL SO TORN BETWEEN LOVING AND HATING THIS MANGA BUT YEAH THE WRITING IS SO EVOCATIVE AND DEEPLY MOVING WITHOUT COMING OFF AS PRETENTIOUS. AND THE SUBTLY SWEET ENDING WAS SO SATISFYING AFTER WATCHING THEM GRAPPLE WITH REALLY DAMN HARSH CIRCUSMTANCES! SIGH I HOPE WE CAN ALL FIND SOMEONE TO HOLD ON TO DURING THE TOUGHEST TIMES OF OUR LIVES

That would have been a 10/10 but the resolution of the whole troubles that came from the mother's illness was.. not what I hoped for. fireworks illness managing the hotel along with studying and working part time av gig room fire expenses not eating enough and fainting? i've had enough of myself, i've had enough of everything. resolution of relationship situation before leaving abroad?
