So if Mana is the Earl then how did Allan turn Mana into an Akuma created by the Earl? And if killing the Akuma released his soul then how is he still the Earl? I’m so confused

For those who wonder, on p.4 of Ch.89, where the translators say they hadn't had any luck finding the reference. It's about Augustine and Pinot, both clowns, Augustine being the happy red nosed one nd Pinot the white and grey serious and sad clown (looks a bit like a Pierrot) it's a very famous duo in theatre.

My youth right there. They don't make shonens with this kind of vibe anymore
