This is not Love .. Emotional Blackmail more like it. I don’t condone domestic violence and cannot accept emotional /spousal abuse. The fact that Kaiya has not acknowledge this, is disturbing and a major flaw in a relationship. Tateyama is such a weak character that he is so useless and possibly needs psychological therapy to overcome this ‘Love’. This could be a Five Star reading, if we see Kaiya being dumbed and ignored and Seiji Being embraced as the chosen partner. In addition, the glorifying of this relationship is disgusting ..

hmmm very intersting. the relationship at first was violent, so I understand why peeps dont like it, but it ends up just being a very possessive seme in the end. So I don't know why people trash this manga so much, the seme clearly thought of the uke as just a man, and as someone he f*cked. the two thoughts hadent combined at that point, though it was well on its way considering the reasons for the fight. all this said, I do not condone physical/verbal abuse in a relationship, but ONCE AGAIN that being said this is a manga, fiction. So for what it was, it must have been hard on sensei to make this, so good job!!!

I have no idea why Kaiya was such a prick to Kei, the fact he was able to let things slide and saw some good in Kaiya because he loved him was amazing. People endure strange this for love. I really loved this story.

this is complicated. i think seme loved him by forced him and when uke left, he finally realized his feelings. too bad seme chose forced way to express his feeling than soft, loving care love.

This is messed up and certainely not in an enjoyable way! I can tolerate a psycho or two in yaoi but this manga crossed the line for me, I pity the uke so much, he needs help, not only does he let himself be abused but there isn't even a satisfying payoff to it. The seme is the worst, he's awful and doesn't have a single redeeming quality about him, like being nice sometime or having admiration-worthy traits. In the end all I'm left thinking is that the guy who DETAINED the uke was right and if he had known about how the seme was he might have changed his mind about giving away his lover.
What also ticks me off is that the mangaka, according to the afterword, doesn't really acknowledge how dark the subject is which is weird since she can also write wholesome stories.
